HOW IT WORKS
Creative Wavelengths™raise the CQ of an organisation by uncovering its disorientation. This is often experienced when the shared narrative and script, that which underpins how an organisation creates and communicates, becomes unexamined and weak. It is achieved through a unique Three Act process:
Act One: The overall CQ of the organisation is measured and articulated by using the Creative Wavelengths™ to tune into and expose the current underlying disorientation.
Act Two: Once an organisation has tuned-in, then the narrative can be uncovered and explored in depth, through deeper immersion in the Creative Wavelengths that are most relevant to that script.
Act Three: A chance to move off-site to a perfomance space to live inside and experience the Creative Wavelengths™in practice. This enables the CQ to be measured and evaluated. This informs a new narrative and script that can then be used for innovation, creative breakthrough and company culture going forward.
